2 YEAR WARRANTY PACKAGE - PRODUCT UP TO 1000 EURO

Of course you want to enjoy your new television or white goods product that you bought from El Vidas for as long as possible and without worries. That is why we give a standard 2-year warranty on our products. This warranty is offered from El Vidas and from the manufacturer. This warranty covers technical defects of the device with the exception of user damage.

When you purchase an item from El Vidas you can assume that the device works as you expect with normal use. However, it can always happen that a technical defect unexpectedly occurs outside the standard 2-year warranty. In order to still be able to offer you the appropriate service so that you can enjoy your purchase even longer, we offer the option to extra warranty available for purchase from us. This package is suitable for a product with a purchase amount of up to €1000.

What does the package include?

• 2 years extra warranty on technical defects;
• For defects that fall outside the standard warranty, a standard €39.95 investigation fee and call-out fee are normally charged. With our warranty packages, you do not pay investigation and call-out fees!
• To make it as easy as possible for you, we offer a free pick-up service. This way you don't have to leave the house;

Additional service for televisions

• To ensure that you don't miss your favorite film, series or program, we offer a free loaner TV.

Important to know: purchase the warranty package within 30 days after purchasing your television or white goods product. After these 30 days it is no longer possible to purchase additional warranty.
