The NikolaTesla is Elica's first induction hob with integrated extractor, equipped with the most advanced technologies. What stands out is the distinctive design, characterised by strong lines and high-quality materials. With the NikolaTesla, the functions of two appliances are combined in one product. It offers all the advantages of an induction hob, such as fast cooking and easy cleaning. However, Elica has added specific technologies, such as a double bridge function, which combines two adjacent cooking zones and is suitable for the use of large pots. The extractor system, which is centrally positioned, achieves high performance in terms of extraction, noise level and energy efficiency (class A+). Thanks to direct communication with the hob, the extractor system can receive information from the cooking zone and therefore automatically set the correct extraction level. This way, the user only has to worry about the actual cooking, while the appliance ensures the reduction of energy consumption. NikolaTesla is available in an extractor and filter version, so that it can be easily installed in any type of kitchen layout, thanks to the available accessories from Elica. The filter version is equipped with top-performance ceramic filters, which are easily accessible from the upper part of the hob. This makes cleaning and maintenance very user-friendly. The grease filter and the corresponding grid are characterised by an exclusive design, with attention to every detail. The first hob equipped with extractor with an integrated scale. With NikolaTesla Libra, it is even easier and faster to follow the steps of each recipe thanks to the integrated scale, which is always within reach. It is even possible to weigh the dish directly in the pan and at any temperature, so that ingredients can be added one after the other during the various cooking phases.
