The hob that makes room for more.
One pan or several, one behind the other or next to each other - with FlexInduction from Bosch, the choice is yours. You can use your hob as a conventional induction hob, for example with four separate cooking zones, or combine them at the touch of a button to form two large, continuous cooking zones. This gives you extra space on which you can place larger cookware, such as a roasting pan. But also cooking accessories such as our griddle.

Cooking like a chef.

MoveMode makes cooking completely intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you had to adjust the power if you had just cooked your soup on level 9, left it boiling on level 5 and now wanted to simmer it on level 1.5. Now MoveMode does the work for you. By activating MoveMode, the cooking zone is divided into three different areas with pre-set power levels. All you have to do is move the pan from the front of the zone, where the food is cooking, to the middle, where the food is boiling, and to the back, where it continues to simmer.

Hob operation made easy.

If you move a pan from one cooking zone to another during cooking, the temperature level does not need to be adjusted individually. Because the new cooking zone takes over the old settings, such as cooking heat and time, you only have to press a button to confirm.

Boost your cooking skills

Sometimes you just need an extra boost when cooking. The improved PowerBoost function in our induction hobs adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost 50% faster than on conventional glass ceramic hobs.

Saves your control settings.

When you switch off the hob, the last selected setting is saved for a short time. If the hob is switched off again within a short time, the previous settings are still available.

Induction Technology

Induction hobs only generate heat where it is needed: in the base of the pan. What does this mean for you? More safety and more convenience. The lower temperature protects both large and small hands from burns. Not only that, an induction hob brings two litres of water to the boil twice as fast as a glass ceramic hob, which also saves a lot of energy.
