Warranty packages

You want to enjoy your new television or white goods product that you bought from EL Vidas for as long as possible and without worries. That is why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on our products. This warranty is offered by EL Vidas and by the manufacturer. This warranty covers technical defects to the device, with the exception of user damage.

If you purchase an item from EL Vidas, you can assume that the device will work as expected with normal use. However, it can always happen that a technical defect occurs outside the standard 2-year warranty. In order to still be able to offer you the right service and to ensure that you can enjoy your purchase even longer, we offer the option to purchase additional warranty from us. The packages are based on the purchase price of the television or white goods product.

What does the package include?

• You buy 2 years extra warranty. This means that you have a total of 4 years warranty on technical defects;
• For defects that fall outside the standard warranty, a standard €39.95 investigation fee and call-out fee are normally charged. With our warranty packages, you do not pay investigation and call-out fees;
• To make it as easy as possible for you, we offer a free pick-up service, so you don't have to leave the house;
• To make sure you don't miss your favorite movie, series or program, we offer a free loan TV. (We don't offer a loan product for white goods)
