The function
As an employee in the order processing and planning department, it is your job to ensure that all orders are processed correctly and on time. You will work closely with the employees of customer service, the warehouse and the delivery service. Together with your colleagues in the department, you will ensure that delivery and service appointments are scheduled. A challenging job with a lot of responsibility!
Are you the one we are looking for?
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- You have empathy and enjoy dealing with customers;
- You are service and customer oriented;
- You can work independently as well as in a team;
- You have good computer skills;
- You can maintain a good overview and work accurately;
- You function well in stressful situations and solve problems with ease;
- You have no problem working evenings and weekends.

Working hours
This is a flexible position, the order processing opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
