What are you going to do?

As a customer service employee, you are the calling card of El-Vidas. You have daily contact with our customers, this can be done via various channels; e-mail, telephone and chat. These questions differ: one customer wants to know when a product will be delivered, while you advise another customer about purchasing a television. You know better than anyone how to give a suitable answer to this, resulting in a very satisfied customer. In addition to the regular customer service activities, there are also various administrative tasks that belong to this position, you don't shy away from that either!

What we ask

• You have empathy and enjoy dealing with customers;
• You are service and customer oriented and make every customer happy;
• You have good computer skills and work accurately;
• You function well in stressful situations and solve problems with ease;
• You are flexible and can perform under pressure;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You have experience with customer contact (must).

Our customer service opening hours are:

• Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00
