What are you going to do?

As a content marketer at El-Vidas you ensure that our websites are always up to date with the latest articles and that these articles are presented correctly in both Google and other marketing campaigns.

EL Vidas also sells on marketplaces such as: bol.com, Amazon and Blokker, you are responsible for ensuring the right content on these channels. Furthermore, you discuss the joint marketing campaigns with these companies and evaluate them afterwards for your report to the management team

In addition, you write marketing plans and execute them with the aim of strengthening our brand awareness in the market. A function with a lot of responsibility, because you carry the content and marketing department alone (with interns), you will work closely with the management and an external marketing agency.

This is what your workday looks like

In the morning, you read the emails in your inbox and tackle the priorities right away. Then you do a price check for all products on marketplaces such as Bol, Blokker, Amazon and FNAC. After the price check, you start creating products in Magento for our own website. You fill in the specifications, write a product text and scale product images. If everything is correct, you put the product live and have the URL indexed. You then also create these products on the marketplaces. After this, you write a blog in which you explain, for example, what to look for when buying a gaming TV or a blog in which you explain the difference between an OLED TV and a microLED TV. When writing, you naturally take SEO into account. You naturally want to appear at the top of the search results with these pages. Before you go home, you quickly check whether a product that you added that day has already been sold.

Who are you?

• Excellent command of the Dutch language;
• Experience in managing a Magento website;
• Experience with monitoring and analyzing Google Analytics;
• Experience in creating relevant content in text and/or images;
• Knowledge of SEO and SEA is a big plus;
• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus;
• You are proactive and can work independently;
• You are someone who performs both executive work (with the help of interns) and makes plans for the future;
• You enjoy writing and executing marketing plans.
