El Vidas return payments

How we refund you depends entirely on the method of payment. Did you pay with iDEAL? Then we will transfer the payment back to your account. If you paid with your credit card and you have returned your entire order, we will transfer the amount back to your credit card. Did you only return part of your order? Then we will transfer the money to your specified account number. If your account number is unknown, we kindly request you to provide it to us.

How can I find the status of my refund?

Unfortunately, the status of your refund cannot be found anywhere, but we assure you that the payment will be made within 3 working days after the return has been processed.

I have not received a refund yet.

The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account varies per bank. We always pay 3 working days after processing the return shipment. If the amount has not appeared on your account after 5 working days, please contact our customer service.

Does El Vidas offer post-payment?

Yes. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual debit is only made after delivery. In this way, you pay afterwards.

I have not received an invoice, where can I request one?

You can easily download your invoice on your El Vidas account. Don't have an account? Please contact customer service and make sure you have your order number at hand. We will then send you the correct invoice immediately.
