Why do you offer European devices?

We offer European models from LG and Samsung because these brands often work with fixed prices in the Netherlands. Because we buy European, we can determine our own prices and offer the best price for our customers.

What is the difference between a European and a Benelux device?

Benelux models and European models are completely equivalent. It may happen that the extension of the country code is different. For example, a Benelux model is called Samsung UE55TU7100 and the European model Samsung UE55TU7102.

Can I use a CI+ module with a European model?

Yes, this does not cause any problems. It is important that your CI+ module is version 1.3 or higher.

There is no Dutch manual included. You can download it from the manufacturer's website. If you want a physical copy, you can contact our customer service.

Dutch is simply available as a language on European devices.
