When will EL Vidas start taking action?
To spread the crowds, we are starting Black Friday on November 18th this year. The offers are valid until Monday November 28th. You can find those promotions here .
When will my product be delivered?
We do our utmost to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible. Delivery will be scheduled within 3 days after the order date. This way you can see exactly when the product will be delivered to you, so please wait patiently. Keep a close eye on your mailbox, including your spam folder, for all information regarding the delivery. We work with various logistics carriers to deliver your order. Including our own delivery service, Connected Logistics, PostNL and DHL. After your order you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. The shipping method is indicated in that email.
When your product is delivered by our own delivery service, you will receive an email the evening before the delivery day around 10 p.m. with the expected delivery time, a tracking link and other delivery information.
When your product is delivered by Connected Logistics, you will receive an email on the morning of the delivery day around 6:00-8:00 am with the expected delivery time, a tracking link and other delivery information.
If your product is delivered by PostNL or DHL, you will receive a tracking link at the time the order is offered, which you can use to track the shipment.
I missed the delivery. What now?
We aim to redeliver your product within 3 to 4 days. You will receive an email from the delivery service that will deliver your package for the new delivery attempt.

How do I return my product?
It may happen that the product is not to your liking. We normally collect the products from your home, but due to the large crowds this is not possible during the week of Black Friday. You can email klantenservice@el-vidas.nl if you want to return your product, then we will contact you to discuss the possibilities.
Can I cancel a product?
You can safely cancel your order as long as your item has not yet been shipped. You can do this by sending an email to klantenservice@el-vidas.nl . It is possible that your item has been shipped before the cancellation request is received. It is possible to refuse your item at the door. Our delivery person will then inform us of the cancellation.
Can you reimburse the price difference?
We are always super competitively priced and always offer low prices, so it can happen that prices change with us. Within 48 hours we can reimburse this price difference. To do this, make a screenshot of the price with the date. Send this together with your IBAN details and name of the account holder to klantenservice@el-vidas.nl .
